Calling All Students: PIT in Action Video Contest
 

PIT-UN is inviting students to enter the 2022 summer video contest to show what public interest technology means to them and get the chance to win a cash prize.
The deadline is July 6.

 
 

New Fellowship Program Builds PIT Career Pipeline Internationally

A new fellowship program supports international demand for a PIT career pipeline and adds to a growing list of experiential learning models exemplified by many PIT-UN-funded student fellowships.

Consortium Launches Website to Expand Cybersecurity Clinics

Congratulations to the the PIT-UN Cybersecurity Clinic on the launch of the official Consortium of Cybersecurity Clinics website on May 10. The Consortium is an international network of university-based cybersecurity clinicians, trainers, and advocates committed to sharing best practices, expanding the reach and visibility of cybersecurity clinics, and lowering the barriers for other institutions of higher education to successfully establish their own clinics. The project was funded by the Network Challenge grant.

On this episode of On the Evidence, the guests discuss the challenges of and opportunities for ensuring an equitable approach to wastewater monitoring, and the importance of representation from historic Black neighborhoods, Indigenous communities, and rural communities.
